Our mission is to highlight tennis as the sport Tom loved in a tournament that will continue to celebrate the life, the passions, the works, the dedication, and the historical contributions he made to the great city of New Orleans.
The Tom Dent Tennis Tournament was founded to pay tribute to Tom's legacy. Tom loved New Orleans and especially loved playing tennis. The tournament is held over the Memorial Day weekend and continues to be enjoyed by all who participate.
